carried out office interior design and space planning for a new
accountant's office
which consists of reception area, conference room, 5 consulting rooms
and work area. The office interior design called for a proprietry
partition system consisting of aluminium frame, MDF board with wall
fabric, full
height and half height glass. The office interior design
specified suspended
acoustics tiles.

design and office space planning for the Sydney office of an
air catering company from US. The
office refurbishment project involves re-arrangement
of office layout and creation of a new foyer and office reception
area. The office refurbishment project requires extensive space
planning and detailed office interior design. The office interior
design project
included open plan office area,
workstations and enclosed offices on a floor area of approximately 500
sqm.

AND SERVICE COUNTER DESIGN SYDNEY
AAPAC DESIGNBUILD
has carried out office interior design and service counter design for
two airport tax counters
and offices for Australia Post at the Sydney International
Airport. The office fitout project was carried out over a
Christmas and
New
Year holiday period and the sites were located within security
controlled
area of the Customs within the airport. The office interior
design has to be done and approved within a very tight time
frame. As the counters were
adjacent to departure gates for passengers, the office fitout work took
place
next to very busy crowd locations where people saw their friends and
relatives off at the departure gates. The office interior design
project involved building and
fitting out interior space for counter areas, offices and stores.
The office interior design involves steel stud partition, plasterboard
wall, suspended ceiling joists with
acoustic ceiling panels. The service counter
design involves fitting out the counters with audio facilities,
cash registers and signage.
OFFICE SPACE
PLANNING SYDNEY
AAPAC DESIGNBUILD carried out space planning
for relocation of administration offices of Stamford Hotel at their
hotel and office building near Sydney Airport. Several options of
office space planning were prepared. Options included relocation
or consolidation of hotel facilities and building a new office annex to
the hotel. Criteria for the space planning project are
sufficiency of space to accomodate required number of staff for each
administration department, traffic link between departments, and
expansion potential of space.
