fitout the restaurant, which was
located in an upmarket Sydney CBD arcade, The Galeries Victoria
(opposite to Queen Victoria Building). The restaurant fitout
project included restaurant reception, cashier, dining area, restaurant
office, open commercial kitchen, store, coolroom, food production room
and toilets. The restaurant fitout project was complex because
the restaurant was located on
the top floor of the arcade with limited access. Delivery of
material and parking was extremely difficult. The restaurant
fitout work
involves extension & connection of air-conditioning system,
fire services, security and alarm system, plumbing and drainage system,
and kitchen exhaust system.

designed and
fitout a new second restaurant
for a well known vegetarian restaurant in the Sydney CBD. The
restaurant fitout
project included restaurant reception and cashier area, dining area,
commercial kitchen, store, coolroom, air
conditioning plant and toilets. The restaurant fitout was complex
because the restaurant was located below a row of dwelling units with
limited
access. The restaurant fitout work involved renovation of an
original
restaurant, installation of ducted air-conditioning system, plumbing
and drainage system, and kitchen exhaust system. Fire
sprinkler system was later added in retrofit situation.

fast food outlet in a food court
within the Stockland Merrylands Shopping Centre.

designed and
fitout a new Ritazza Coffee
outlet within the staff canteen of one of Nokia's facilities in
Beijing, China. The staff canteen serves over 1000 staff per
day. The cafe fitout project was commissioned by Eurorest, a
global
catering company specialised in corporate catering and canteen
management.

AAPAC DESIGNBUILD
designed a
new Corporate Coffee Lounge within
one of Nokia's facilities in Beijing, China. The coffee
lounge was to serve expatriate executives, managers and
guests. The coffee lounge design has a mix decor of modern
Chinese
and Western interiors.
